We only offer store credit for returns. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, makeup and smoke free, deodorant and perfume free. All original tags must be attached (please note that some items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.  

We only offer store credit for returns & if you choose to use shoppay/sezzle on your order, you are responsible for continuing to make the payments with them. 

RETURNS: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you select LOCAL PICK UP, your return window starts on the day you are notified of fulfillment. You are responsible for the shipping fee and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your package is received please allow 2-3 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification once your return is received.

  • Simply put your receipt, name, contact phone #, reason for returning and include it inside all boxes you are returning.
  • Securely repackage your item(s) and enclose a copy of the requested info.
  • Please visit your local post office to mail back to us or create a return label on the UPS website.

SHOES: Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box or package, as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, we will not accept them. Any signs of wear to the shoe or damage to the shoe, will make them ineligible for return.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email us at HELLO@SHOPSOUTHERNLOOP.COM within 3 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. After 30 days, Southern Loop is not responsible for damaged items. 

LOST PACKAGES: Southern Loop is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. We recommend purchasing “Route Shipping Insurance” at checkout to cover your order if it is lost, stolen or damaged. If you think your package is lost or stolen and you purchased the shipping insurance, you must file a claim within 30 days of the order being shipped out or the claim will not be accepted. After 30 days, Southern Loop is unable to offer assistance in finding a lost package. 

INCORRECT ORDERS: We double check every order before it goes out the door, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing us at HELLO@SHOPSOUTHERNLOOP.COM with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We will send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you have received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item.

CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to cancel an order before it is processed, we charge a 20% restocking fee. 


PREORDERS: Wondering when your preorder item will ship!? Please note all shipping dates prior to placing order. If you'd like to cancel an order that you placed for a pre-order item, please note: you will be charge a 20% restocking fee. 

SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on orders over $100, all other orders, shipping is $7.95. All orders will be shipped the most economical way, USPS or UPS. IF you would like to upgrade your shipping, please add product to order. All orders ship within 1-3 business days. If it is after a large sale, shipping may take an extra day or two. We ship thru USPS & UPS. You can locate your tracking info under your account.

If you send an item back that does not meet our return guidelines, we may charge a 30% restocking fee.
